It was 5am on a Sunday when I captured the original version of this photograph: A woman watching a summer sun rise over the former Manitoba Pool 2 grain elevators (situated in Thunder Bay, Ontario on the shores of Lake Superior). I’d been meaning to revisit the image because I felt more story could be brought out to show the beauty of the waterfront. I hope you enjoy this updated version (January 2023).
