Pop-Up Kids is n on-going series of colour and B/W children portraits.

One of the things I love about this series is that kids are photographed no matter how they look. Crazy-messy hair? Perfect! Wrinkled t-shirts? Fine by me!

By connecting with children in five minutes or less, my hope is to bring out a characteristic each child wants to share. What captures my attention is the inherent intelligence and personality children display while having fun in front of my camera.

Portraits are created using a pop-up studio. No make-up, hair, or wardrobe stylist is used.
